DepositLink is a technology platform for easily collecting escrow checks. The system creates an ACH withdrawal of funds from the buyer's account and deposits them into the LAER escrow account for the appropriate state.
We automatically invite agents to DepositLink upon joining LAER. You will receive an invitation from Depositlink in your email. If you cannot find it, here's how to get a new password.
If you did not see your welcome email, you can just go to DepositLink on your own and follow these steps:
- Go to this link: https://depositlink.com/ForgotPassword
- Enter your LAER email address
- Click the link in the email you receive
- Re-Enter your email address on the page that comes up
- Choose a Password
- Confirm that password
- Click Submit
- Go to the login screen and login.

If you are the listing agent, you will not see the buyer's phone or email info nor will the other side see yours. If you are the buyer agent, you will not see the seller's contact info, nor will they see your buyer's contact information.
You will never see the client's personal banking info.
You will get an email confirmation once the money is in our account.
For escrow deposits, the buyer pays $15 foreach transfer (up to $250,000)
You CAN request the co-broke office to pay your commission to us this way. There is no fee for the co-broke office to DepositLink us your commission.
When you get notified that funds have been received, our bookkeeping department does too...so no additional notifications need to be made to us.
