Submitting a Commission Check for Deposit

There are may ways to collect commission checks once a sale has closed.

1. Office - If your LAER office has a Happy Agent Host, you can drop your check off for deposit at that office. To see the Happy Agent Host Schedule visit https://www.LAERRealty.com/HostSchedule
2. Mail to HQ - LAER Realty - If the title company, attorney, or  mails the check to one of our State Headquarter offices, our team opens the mail every weekday and will deposit any check that is found. Make sure the property address is located on the memo line of the check so there is no delay in depositing. Here are the headquarter offices for mailing purposes:

3. eCheck - Some real estate companies prefer to pay commissions by echeck. If a company wishes to email a check to LAER, they can email it to HappyAgent@LAERRealty.com and it will be deposited upon receipt.
4. DepositLink - We do accept commission payments via Depositlink. If the attorney or cooperating brokerage is open to paying this way via ACH transfer, simply send them the following link where they will search for your name so that our bookkeeping team knows the deposit is for you: https://app.depositlink.com/pay/laer-realty-partners
5. Mobile Deposit (MA & NH Agents Only) - If you are in possession of the commission check, you can deposit it on your own using the LAER mobile deposit app. This deposits the commission directly into our accounts. You will receive email notification of the deposit on the next business day after the deposit has been made (or 2 business days later if the deposit is made after 2pm or on Saturday/Sunday.)  Learn more about Mobile Deposit here: Signing Up for Mobile Deposit.
