If you are waiting for a check that has been mailed to one of our state Headquarter Offices please email HappyAgent@LAERRealty.com and we can check on it for you. Please note that our state headquarters offices are located in Chelmsford, MA (for MA & NH agents), Hallowell, ME, and Wellington FL, have Happy Agent Host staff that visit the offices daily, Monday through Friday. The Happy Agent Hosts are trained to deposit checks as they are received AND to email the agent once the deposit is made. Furthermore, the accounting department sends a deposit receipt once funds are received in the account. Therefore, when funds are received the agent should receive TWO emails, one from the Happy Agent Host and one from the Accounting Department when a check is received.
LAER has many offices in each state. We do not have Happy Agent Hosts in every office, therefore, if a check is being mailed, it's best to have it sent to one of the Headquarter Offices.
