As of August 17, 2024 it is LAER's policy not to advertise cooperating broker fees in MLS or on any technology or internet platform which feeds from MLS. Therefore, the agent should not utilize any field within MLS to advertise a cooperating brokerage offering. As well, the agent should not advertise the cooperating brokerage offering in Showingtime. The agent MAY advertise cooperating brokerage offerings on their own social media and on their own personal website.
