How Do I Know if a Referral Check Came in For Me?

Normally, our Happy Agent hosts will email the office when there's an unclaimed referral check that comes to the offices. Just to be safe, it's a good idea to email HappyAgent@LAERRealty.com with the amount of the check you are waiting for, who is sending it, and the property address of the referred property and our team can check to see if we have received it.

You also need to complete a check request at https://www.laerrealty.com/checkrequest, this is the only way accounting will know to process a commission check for you once the referral check clears the LAER account.
