1 If you are subscribed to our $39/month tech bundle, then you have access to RealScout property search database. Within that program, you can access School Reports as follows:

2 Every Realtor gets free access to RPR. This is a phenomenal tool for creating CMAs (certified market analysis). However, even if you do not use RPR for CMAs, its an awesome tool for creating school reports. To login to RPR just go to www.NARRPR.com. If you have never been on RPR, you will need your REALTOR NRDS number to access it. If you are not sure of your NRDS number you can access it at the link below.
