In 2019, LAER eliminated fax capabilities on all of our copy machines located in the offices as part of our Written Information Security Program (WISP). Instead of sending or receiving faxes that tend to stay on the machine unattended for periods of time, it is much more secure to use the "Scan to Email" function which is available on the machines. This allows you to scan the document to your email account where you can then securely email it to the party it belongs to.
