The easiest way to get a Florida real estate license (if you are already licensed in MA) is to get your Rhode Island license first. Florida does not offer reciprocity to Massachusetts licensees but does offer reciprocity to Rhode Island licensees. If you have a MA license, it's very easy to obtain the Rhode Island license as no test is required. Here is a link to the requirements for MA agents to get a Rhode Island license.

Once you have the Rhode Island license you can begin the process of obtaining the Florida license.
Florida offers real estate reciprocity, known as “mutual recognition agreements' with eight states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, Nebraska and Rhode Island. Florida does not require you to take the entire state exam, just a 40-question test regarding Florida real estate law.
